The nearest beach is located approximately 5 minutes from the project. The development has established a special agreement with Pearl Beach Club, allowing owners to access exclusive preferential rates. Owners and their guests will receive special discounts, and transportation will be provided from the clubhouse to Pearl Beach Club.
