This property is located in Mirador Sur, near Santo Domingo’s first and most popular urban recreational park, a favorite among athletes. Known as one of the city’s “lungs,” this five-mile (8-kilometer) park stretches from Winston Churchill Avenue to Luperón Avenue, running parallel to the coast. Walk, jog, skate, or bike early in the morning or at dusk, with views of the Caribbean Sea. There are playgrounds, an outdoor gym, bike and skate rentals, and an artificial lake for boating.
